Jill Scott returns to music with To Whom This May Concern, scheduled for Feb. 13, marking her first album since 2015. Scott began as a spoken-word artist in the late '90s, joined the Soulquarians, earned a 2001 Grammy nomination for her 2000 debut, and toured in 2023.
