Justin Bieber has reportedly paid a $31 million debt to Scooter Braun, allowing them to move past previous tensions. Braun publicly congratulated Bieber on his latest album, stating it reflects his authentic self. Their working relationship has spanned nearly two decades, and Braun expressed pride in Bieber's growth as an artist. Notably, Bieber's recent financial issues included a significant debt to AEG Touring and unpaid commissions to Braun, but both confirm the debts are settled, indicating a positive resolution in their professional relationship.
After canceling the Justice tour in 2022, Bieber owed AEG Touring over $26 million from his advance, as well as over $5 million to Braun in unpaid commissions.
Braun congratulated Bieber on the release of his seventh studio album, stating, 'This is, without a doubt, the most authentically Justin Bieber album to date.'
He mentioned their decades-long working relationship, noting, 'I've had the privilege of witnessing his growth for almost two decades.'
Both Braun and Bieber confirm that the debt has been paid off, indicating there’s no bad blood between the two music moguls.
