"Lindy in the Park" Swing Dance Party (Golden Gate Park)
Briefly

"Free Beginners Swing Lessons | Noon to 12:30 pm Lindy in the Park offers a free weekly beginning swing dance lesson, taught by Hep Jen. The lessons are short, easy and fun and then you can practice your new steps with the whole group until 2 pm. No partner is required, as they rotate leaders and followers throughout the lesson."
"Rain and Bay to Breakers cancels, but other than that, Lindy in the Park takes place every Sunday even on holidays so even if New Year's Day, Christmas, or Fourth of July falls on a Sunday, they'll be out there dancing. On the very rare occasion when they cancel, they'll make a new posting on their website, usually by 10am on Sunday."
