Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter Postpone North American Tour
"'I've got some good news and bad news. What do you want first? Okay, the bad news: I've broken my wrist, so unfortunately we won't be doing any shows for a while. The good news is the surgeon said I will be back playing guitar in the not-too-distant future. The other good news is I'll be 70 tomorrow! God bless, and God save the wrist.'"
"The North American tour was supposed to kick off September 16th in Dallas, and run through an October 17th show in Las Vegas. Along the way, the band was set to play Riot Fest in Chicago and CBGB Fest in Brooklyn. Prior to the North American run, Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter were slated to play a few shows in South America, including stops in Brazil, Chile, and Argentina."
Sex Pistols Featuring Frank Carter postponed scheduled South American and North American performances after guitarist Steve Jones broke his wrist. Jones reported that he will be unable to play for a while but that a surgeon expects he will return to playing guitar in the not-too-distant future. The band announced that performances will be rescheduled when Jones has fully recovered and advised fans to check local venue websites and social media for updates. The North American run had been set to run September 16 in Dallas through October 17 in Las Vegas, including Riot Fest and CBGB Fest. The lineup performs Never Mind the Bollocks in full.
