The LP receives a new Dolby Atmos spatial mix, available digitally on the original September 12 release date. The entire album was remastered by Sterling Sound's Ted Jensen. Five rare tracks are available before the full release, including three original B-sides from the 2006 Sæglópur EP and two previously unreleased songs, Melrakki and Elfur. Takk... was the band's major label debut and a commercial breakthrough in the US.
