Despite the incident, Lopez demonstrated poise, walking confidently into the event. She later changed into a stunning white high neck dress for her exit. The singer, 55, arrived at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre in a plunging peach gown with feathered sleeves. But Lopez's dress pulled to the side which caused a nip slip right in front of the cameras outside the venue.
The benefit concert was hosted by Alan Cumming and celebrated Kander, who has written the scores for numerous musicals including "Cabaret," "Chicago" and "Kiss of the Spider Woman," which is being remade into an upcoming film starring Lopez.
