Vivian Jenna Wilson, the daughter of Elon Musk, recently debuted in drag at a fundraiser event in Los Angeles aimed at supporting legal aid for immigrants. Performing at the 'SAVE HER!' show hosted by Pattie Gonia, Wilson captivated the audience in a full black catsuit. The event expressed solidarity against a backdrop of heightened ICE enforcement and protests. With Wilson's performance, the show sought to confront societal issues and advocate for immigrant rights while celebrating the art of drag.
"We feel like now more than ever, there's more hateful shit in this world. There are so many problems, and when the problem seems so big, we get local and we get to work," Gonia said at the show.
A record 2,200 people were arrested on 4 June, according to NBC, an increase from 660 per day during the first 100 days of Trump's presidency.
