Free Jane's Walk NYC Tours Return in May

Jane's Walk NYC returns this year, offering free walking tours throughout New York City, highlighting local neighborhoods, public art, and landscape design. This annual event, taking place the first weekend in May, is hosted by the Municipal Art Society and named after notable urban theorist Jane Jacobs. The tours, both in-person and virtual, aim to inspire conversations about urban life and planning. The event features several tours in Brooklyn, including a unique exploration of Windsor Terrace, inspired by the life of a long-time resident, and a showcase of the restored artwork at Kingsborough Houses.
