The sixth annual UPSTATE ART WEEKEND will take place from July 17 to 21, featuring over 155 participants across 10 counties in New York's Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains. Founded by Helen Toomer in 2020 to connect artists and the community during the pandemic, the event has grown from a two-day festival with 23 organizations.
