Arkansas teacher admits to sexually assaulting 15-year-old boy she met at church lauded by Bill Clinton
Briefly

Reagan Gray, a former teacher and volunteer at Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a teenage boy she met in 2020. At the time, Gray was 23, and the victim was 15. The assault came to light when the victim's parents found explicit text messages exchanged between them. While initially charged with more serious offenses, she entered a guilty plea to second-degree sexual assault, receiving six years of probation and a fine, alongside restrictions such as being placed on the sex offender registry and no contact with the victim.
During interviews with investigators, the victim alleged that Gray had given him oral sex but insisted that they did not have intercourse to 'stay pure.'
The victim's parents discovered a trove of racy text messages, including nude photos, exchanged between the victim and Gray in 2020.
Reagan Gray was sentenced to six years' probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine after pleading guilty to sexual assault in the second degree.
After the discovery of inappropriate communications, Gray was removed from her roles at the church and forced to attend counseling, yet later returned to the youth group.
