The performances, held from May 15 to May 17, included all students from grades 5 to 8, who portrayed various sea creatures. With a total of 775 tickets sold, the event demonstrated significant community support. Principal Paul Morisi praised the commitment of the students, volunteers, and the organizational skills of Ms. Bailey, emphasizing themes of love, courage, and friendship inherent in the adaptation of the beloved 2003 animated film.
The students from 5th to 8th grade spent months rehearsing, memorizing lines, and practicing choreography to put on this production.
Finding Nemo Jr. is an adaptation of the 2003 movie, about a clownfish and his son Nemo, who wants to explore beyond their abode.
The cast featured all the students of the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades. All three performances were well-attended, with 775 tickets sold.
This was made possible by the leadership of Ms. Bailey, our very own music teacher, and all of the parent and teacher volunteers who support this effort.
