Alexander Zweig has successfully found a buyer for his $9 million loft at 62 Beach St., Tribeca, which combines two units into a spacious 3,350 square feet. Inspired by nearby Greenwich Hotel, the stylish unit houses an impressive collection of pop-culture memorabilia, although this collection will not be included in the sale. After a six-year renovation, the loft is recognized for its unique interior and memorabilia from icons like Charlie Sheen and Clint Eastwood. The deal was finalized quickly, demonstrating the loft's desirability in the market.
Zweig inherited the collecting gene from his late father Martin, an investor who once predicted the 1987 stock market crash.
It's a really unique space and has some of the most insane pop-culture memorabilia inside - it's like a museum, said Ryan Serhant.
