Wexler, who purchased the residence in 1999, put the five-story property on the market in May 2024 for $17.5 million. The townhouse has an elevator, roof deck, 2,000 square feet of outdoor space and five bedrooms."

In 2015, Acada paid $29 million for the two units and another $22 million for a parking garage there."
