Chime, the San Francisco-based fintech firm, has secured a new lease at 122 Fifth Ave, expanding its New York City presence significantly. The company will move into 84,000 square feet of space, a notable increase from its previous location at 101 Greenwich St. The lease comes with an asking rent of $96 per square foot. The building, a 300,000 square-foot Flatiron property, has recently undergone a $100 million renovation and is now over 90% leased, with tech giant Microsoft as its largest tenant.
