JFK Millennium Partners and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey have achieved a key construction milestone by completing the curtain wall enclosure for Terminal 6 at JFK Airport. This advancement is pivotal for the $4.2 billion redevelopment project, aiming to accommodate over a dozen major airlines and modernize the airport for future travelers. With over 1,200 local workers involved, the project is progressing toward its first phase opening in early 2026, enhancing JFK’s status as a premier international gateway.
This milestone is a proud moment for our T6 team, and especially the 1,200 men and women working tirelessly to drive this project forward.
The substantial enclosure of Terminal 6 brings the massive redevelopment effort closer to fruition, signaling the start of final preparations such as power installation.
