NBA YoungBoy, the rapper known as YoungBoy Never Broke Again, was pardoned by President Donald Trump, relieving him of probation requirements like drug testing. His lawyer highlighted that this pardon allows YoungBoy to concentrate on his family and career. YoungBoy celebrated the pardon, expressing gratitude towards Trump and optimism for his future as a man, father, and artist. After previous legal troubles including firearm possession, he has been released from confinement and will soon start his first headlining tour, the Masa Tour, in September 2025.
"From Louisiana to Utah, the battles have been endless, and now he can concentrate on first and foremost his family, and then, of course, his amazing career," expressed the rapper's lawyer, Drew Findling.
"I want to thank President Trump for granting me a pardon and giving me the opportunity to keep building - as a man, as a father, and as an artist," explained the Baton Rouge native in a statement shared to Instagram stories.
