The NBA All-Star Weekend Rising Stars Challenge will take place Friday, Feb. 13, at Intuit Dome as a four-team tournament featuring top rookies and second-year players. Rosters were drafted by Hall of Famers Carmelo Anthony, Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter, with Austin Rivers coaching the G League squad. Anthony selected Cooper Flagg with the No. 1 pick, McGrady chose Kon Knueppel, and Carter took VJ Edgecombe.
