Brian Schottenheimer benched CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens for the opening series as a disciplinary measure after informing them earlier Monday and citing missed things without specifics. Schottenheimer praised their energy upon return, saying they jump-started the offense and did not hang their heads. Lamb returned on the first play of the second series; Pickens entered on the second play. Lamb finished with five catches for 66 yards and a touchdown. Pickens tied a career high with nine catches for 144 yards and a 37-yard touchdown. Pickens drew a 15-yard unsportsmanlike celebration penalty and leads the Cowboys in receiving.
