The Sun Sentinel has reported that Dolphins owner Steve Ross wants to rebuild the entire scouting department ."

Owner Steve Ross wants to rebuild the entire scouting department. New general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan was hired on Jan. 9 and has been interviewing head coach candidates while Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman has assisted in searches. Allen previously scouted for Buffalo (2017-18) and Kansas City (2013-16).
