New general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan was hired on Jan. 9 and has been interviewing head coach candidates while Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman has assisted in searches. Allen previously scouted for Buffalo (2017-18) and Kansas City (2013-16).
