Jets' Garrett Wilson concerned about knee injury
"I'm going to find out here soon and know how to move forward based on what I find out here, I don't want to say nothing too early or nothing, but just trying to wait for all the stuff to come back, It's really messing with my mental. I don't even want to think about it for real. Pray that everything comes back good."
"Garrett had a couple things that happened in the game, He went back in the game on one with his hip. He came out again with the same situation. So, well, I'll figure what that is."
The New York Jets lost 13-11 to the Denver Broncos in London and could be without top receiver Garrett Wilson after a knee injury. Wilson had an X-ray after the game and said he will probably undergo an MRI. He has not missed a game in his four-season NFL career and expressed concern about the injury’s mental toll. Coach Aaron Glenn said Wilson experienced "a couple things," and mentioned his hip, though Wilson denied hip or back issues. Wilson twisted trying to catch a pass, returned briefly, was hit on third down, and left the field in pain.
