He was targeted only twice and was catchless in a 24-9 win over Tampa Bay. Offensive coordinator John Morton admitted he failed to get Williams involved, reviewed missed opportunities during the bye week, and met with Williams privately. The coaching staff is working to create more routes and third-down opportunities to get Williams more open. Williams said he expressed how he felt to Morton but did not overthink it.
