Brandin Cooks signed with the Buffalo Bills to play alongside quarterback Josh Allen and participated in his first practice ahead of the Steelers game. Cooks, 32, spent the first 10 games of the season with the New Orleans Saints in his second stint with the franchise that drafted him in 2014. The Saints initially announced a requested release last Wednesday, with the formal release occurring Saturday after contract issues and waiver procedures were addressed. Cooks expressed gratitude toward the Saints for assisting him through the process. He has played with elite quarterbacks including Drew Brees and Tom Brady during his 12-year career.
