Florida Panthers defeated the Los Angeles Kings 3-2 with goals by Anton Lundell, Carter Verhaeghe and Sam Bennett. The Utah Mammoth beat the Detroit Red Wings 4-1, powered by Clayton Keller’s contributions and Vejmelka’s play. Justin Faulk scored the lone goal as the St. Louis Blues beat the Winnipeg Jets 1-0. The Carolina Hurricanes extended their winning streak to five with a 4-1 win over the Nashville Predators, Sebastian Aho scoring twice including an empty-netter. New Jersey and Vegas each recorded a goal (Connor Brown; Pavel Dorofeyev) in the late matchup.
