The 2025 Tight End University began in Nashville with Austin Hooper as the sole representative from the New England Patriots. Hooper, who joined the Patriots last offseason, had a standout year as a tight end, posting 45 catches for 476 yards and three touchdowns. Most of his production came while playing with rookie quarterback Drake Maye. Due to his impressive performance, he re-signed with the team on a one-year contract and earned a spot at this elite gathering of tight end talent, founded by NFL stars.
While Hooper is the only current Patriot to participate in this week's event, several other players with ties to the organization are present.
Hooper consequently ranked third among New England's most productive pass catchers with Maye under center, trailing only fellow tight end Hunter Henry.
