"Prosecutors say the first slashing happened in the early morning hours of Oct. 25 aboard a Q train in Flatbush. A 37-year-old man was slashed with a razor blade from his lip to his cheek. Later that day, a 53-year-old man was slashed from his eye to his ear with a knife in East Flatbush. The following day, a 53-year-old man was slashed across the neck, "narrowly missing an artery," court documents say."
"News 12 previously reported additional victims and spoke to an 80-year-old man who says Head slashed him on Sept. 14 inside the Burlington store located on Tilden and Flatbush avenues. Prosecutors say Head is also linked to a burglary and arson inside a Flatbush residential building the same weekend. He is accused of breaking into the building and damaging property inside before setting fire to the trash compactor room and additional items."
