"A man is dead after crashing his two-wheeler in Boerum Hill. It happened Friday on Third Avenue near the Wycoff Street. Police say a 39-year-old man was riding a two-wheeler when he crashed into a parked car, fell off balance and then collided into an oncoming 18-wheeler truck. He died at the scene. One man who saw it happen described it as a freak accident. "He swiveled, fell over and the truck came out of nowhere and he smashed his head," he said."
"Police say the driver of the truck remained at the scene."
