Police say a 39-year-old man was riding a two-wheeler when he crashed into a parked car, fell off balance and then collided into an oncoming 18-wheeler truck. He died at the scene. One man who saw it happen described it as a freak accident. "He swiveled, fell over and the truck came out of nowhere and he smashed his head," he said."
