The City Planning Commission will meet Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. to vote on multiple land use applications and redevelopment proposals across the city. The City Council will hold its last stated meeting of the year Thursday, Dec. 18 at 1:30 p.m., with officials expected to vote on numerous proposals, including the Community Opportunity to Purchase Act. The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development is closing lotteries for several subsidized buildings this week, with application deadlines between Dec. 16 and Dec. 18 and varied household income limits.
