"According to the NYPD, the woman walked up to the 13-year-old girl and wrapped her hand around her throat, applying pressure until the teen could no longer breathe comfortably. According to police, the woman fled the train car and disappeared in an unknown direction. The 13-year-old received on-scene treatment for injuries to her neck. Police described the suspect as a woman with a medium complexion and slim build."
