EMS transported the older victim to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was treated and listed in stable condition. The younger man refused medical assistance on scene. A knife was recovered. Police are seeking two suspects and have made no arrests. Tips can be reported to Crime Stoppers. Felony assaults in the 108th Precinct rose 11.6% through Nov. 30, with 278 incidents versus 249 last year; overall crime rose 2.08%.
