"Prior transfers to these Trusts were completed pursuant to 2023 and 2024 Finance Committee approvals. The Sellers now propose to transfer the entire remaining interests, totaling 23.1% of the Club, to the Trusts."
Steve Tisch, co-owner of the New York Giants, is transferring his remaining 23.1% ownership stake in the team to his children's trusts, according to an NFL memo. This transfer follows Tisch's appearance in Epstein Files released by the Justice Department in January, where his name appeared 440 times. Tisch acknowledged exchanging emails with Jeffrey Epstein about adult women, movies, philanthropy, and investments in 2013, but stated he never accepted invitations to Epstein's island and deeply regrets the association. Tisch has not been accused of crimes. His father Bob acquired a 50% stake in the Giants in 1991, and Tisch became chairman and executive vice president in 2005.
