Queen Latifah's Lookalike Son Rebel Makes Rare Appearance With Mom at WNBA Game
Briefly

Queen Latifah attended a Connecticut Sun vs. New York Liberty game at Barclays Center in Brooklyn with her son, Rebel. They posed for photos with Connecticut Sun players Olivia Nelson-Ododa, Aaliyah Edwards and Bria Hartley, and with New York Liberty player Jonquel Jones. Rebel wore an aqua-and-black jersey and cargo pants while Queen Latifah wore a silk-looking shirt, jeans, white sneakers and a hat. Queen Latifah shares Rebel with partner Eboni Nichols and acknowledged them during BET Awards remarks. She described herself as a late bloomer who wants a big family and has expressed interest in adoption.
"I'm a late bloomer. I'm a late bloomer with a lot of things and you know - nobody's perfect. I'm an overachiever in some ways and just like slow as molasses in other ways," she said. "I think I kind of needed to grow and mature and get everything kind of taken care of with everything before I was able to really deal with it."
"I'm going to get off this stage, but I thank you so much for all of you, the fans for supporting every crazy-a-- thing I've done through the years. And thank you for making 'Equalizer' No. 1. Eboni, my love. Rebel, my love. Peace - Happy Pride!"
"I definitely want to adopt," she said.
