Two dogs were found dead in Weymouth within a day of each other. The first, a small white terrier-type, was discovered on the shoreline of Whitmans Pond without identification. Its death did not raise suspicion. The second, a medium-sized black and white Pitbull mix, was found wrapped in a plastic bag near Lakeshore Road, and its circumstances are considered suspicious.
