On Saturday, Pakistan's armed forces announced that Indian missile attacks had targeted three air bases, including one near Islamabad. "Now you just wait for our response," he warned, emphasizing Pakistan's readiness to retaliate against the attacks.
A military spokesperson said the majority of Indian missiles had been intercepted by Pakistani air defense systems and that those that did make it through failed to hit their targets.
