Alec Baldwin Is Once Again Trying to Sell His Hamptons House
"Alec Baldwin can't make up his mind. His seven-bedroom, nine-bath mansion in Amagansett is back on the market, this time for $21 million. Baldwin first listed the place for $29 million in 2022, a year after the fatal Rust shooting, but the house languished. The listing saw price cut after price cut, finally sitting for months at $19 million. Then, in July 2024, it was taken off the market."
"Baldwin has owned the modern farmhouse at 335 Town Lane for decades, and parting with it has always been a complicated thing, it seems - a video he made in 2024 in an attempt to sell it was very ... forlorn. Brokers speculated the house wasn't selling because of its location (north of the highway) and its design (the living room features a huge portrait of Hilaria Baldwin)."
Alec Baldwin relisted his seven-bedroom, nine-bath Amagansett mansion for $21 million. He first listed it for $29 million in 2022, and the price dropped repeatedly to $19 million before the property was taken off the market in July 2024. The Baldwins accepted an offer in 2024 but later withdrew it, and now the property is back on the market. A 2024 video made to sell the house appeared forlorn. Brokers cited location north of the highway, the living room's large portrait of Hilaria Baldwin, and public controversy around Baldwin as factors hindering a sale. The cedar-shingled farmhouse dates to the 1700s, sits on five acres, and features a movie theater, wine-tasting room, and a 20-by-50-foot pool.
