Active listings in Baltimore totaled 2,986 homes, up 10.0% from the prior month and 40.1% from the same month last year. National active inventory rose 0.2% to 1,100,407. Homes in Baltimore averaged 44 days on market, unchanged from the prior month and two days faster than a year earlier. Nationally, homes spent an average of 62 days on market in September.
