More Denver Tech Center companies shift to hybrid work, some with newly-designed offices for hybrid schedules

Companies in the Denver Tech Center are moving toward hybrid work models and reinvesting in office space tailored to flexible schedules and collaboration. Pax8 relocated to a 50,000 sq. ft., two-floor mixed-use facility that includes an XR immersion space, studio, wellness rooms, gym, café with a full-time barista, and a library. The office can hold up to 240 people but intentionally does not provide desks for everyone to reflect hybrid attendance. Company leaders report that hybrid work maintained productivity during the pandemic while in-person time enables more meaningful connections.
