JPMorgan Chase plans a three-million-square-foot UK headquarters in London's Canary Wharf to accommodate up to 12,000 employees. Foster + Partners will lead the architectural design. If approved, construction is expected to take six years and the building would rank among Europe's largest and most sophisticated office towers. The project could contribute £9.9 billion ($13 billion) to the local economy over a six-year period, including construction costs. Planned amenities include terraces, rooftops, wellness spaces, nursing rooms, restaurants, cafés, and other facilities intended to support employees' physical and emotional well-being. The move follows the bank's recent Park Avenue headquarters opening.
