The island spans 300 acres, has 41 lots, 84 residents, and a 13-member police force, with neighbors including Jeff Bezos, Carl Icahn and Tom Brady. The 27,669-square-foot limestone mansion includes nine bedrooms, a gym, a hair salon, a massage room, a 1,500-gallon aquarium and a library with a secret passageway. Zuckerberg's representatives have not commented. He retains an 11-home compound in Palo Alto, having spent more than $110 million acquiring properties, which has spurred neighbor complaints about construction, parking loss and reduced privacy and prompted proposed local regulations on compounds.
