Doireann Garrihy and husband Mark Mehigan have welcomed their first child, a daughter named Rosie. Garrihy announced the pregnancy in April and later confirmed the birth on Instagram. She wrote: "Our baby, Rosie. A love like this we've never known," alongside a hospital photo of her, Mehigan and the newborn. Hundreds of people sent congratulations, including Una Healy, Carl Mullan, Dermot Whelan, Arthur Gourounlian, Ailbhe Garrihy, Kayleigh Trappe and Kathryn Thomas. Messages included warm welcomes, celebratory congratulations and personal advice as the couple begin parenthood.
