The Cowtown Ultra 50k in Fort Worth saw McKale Montgomery win overall and for women in 3:33. At Mount Cheaha 50k in Alabama, Deanna Doane set a new women's course record of 4:45, improving the previous record by 16 minutes. Multiple other ultramarathon events occurred across various U.S. locations.
