I found a near-perfect soundbar for my home TV setup, and it's worth the price
Briefly

The JBL Bar 1000 has set an almost unattainable benchmark for soundbars, but the newly tested Yamaha Monaco 5.1.2 offers formidable competition, achieving impressive audio clarity at a competitive price. The unboxing and setup process proved cumbersome due to excessive packaging and a requirement for multiple power connections. Additionally, the setup involved using the Wisa app for speaker connectivity, which, while enabling detailed audio adjustments, introduced complexity to the system. Despite minor drawbacks, the Monaco soundbar's performance still resonates as a noteworthy contender in the market.
Last year, the JBL Bar 1000 set a high standard for soundbars. Since then, nothing has come close to the rich, multi-dimensional sound produced by that system.
Although the Monaco soundbar didn’t quite beat the Bar 1000, it came very close, demonstrating significant audio quality for its price range.
Unboxing the Monaco 5.1.2 was a chore due to excess cardboard, and setting it up required connecting six speakers and using an app for easy adjustments.
The Wisa app is necessary for adjusting speaker levels and modes, which contributed to the Monaco’s overall experience but was a drawback in simplicity.
