Silent Film Feat. Club Foot Quintet (Great American Music Hall)

The Sounds of the Tenderloin program at the Great American Music Hall presents a unique experience featuring live performances by Richard Marriott's Club Foot Quintet. They will perform original scores for two silent short films by Buster Keaton, "One Week" and the premiere of "Day Dreams." Additionally, insights into the Tenderloin's historical film exchanges will be shared by Kathy Rose O'Regan of SF Film Preserve. Jim Van Buskirk will contribute with a presentation on Market St. Movie Marquees, enhancing the overall appreciation for the film history of the area.
The event features Richard Marriott's Club Foot Quintet performing original scores for two Buster Keaton short films, "One Week" and "Day Dreams," at the Great American Music Hall.
Presentations on the Tenderloin's film exchanges will be given by Kathy Rose O'Regan of SF Film Preserve, along with Market St. Movie Marquees by Jim Van Buskirk and SF Neon.
