What does Sweden's bizarre Eurovision hit have in common with India?
Briefly

Kaj, a Finland-Swedish comedy trio, achieved fourth place in the Eurovision Song Contest with their viral sauna-themed hit 'Bara Bada Bastu.' Despite being a favorite, they lost to an Austrian opera-techno fusion act. Notably, the song features a musical loop reminiscent of Indian DJ Devinder Sunny's 'Enough is Enough.' Kristofer Strandberg, a songwriter for Kaj, clarified that the loop was legally obtained from an audio service, with no infringement involved. The original loop creator, KSHMR, expressed pride in his work and its global impact.
Both songs are in roughly the same tempo and tone, and they're very similar, says Jan-Olof Gullo, a professor in music and media production.
I just make a little piece of magic, and I let the world do what it wants with it, shares KSHMR regarding the usage of his loop in different songs.
