In Victorville, six foster children were reportedly tortured by their foster parents and another adult over a period of at least a decade. Kenneth and Tina Key, both aged 60, along with their 23-year-old daughter Katlynn, were arrested following an investigation launched on February 13. The Sheriff's Department revealed that the children, aged 5 to 16, were removed from the home shortly after the investigation began. While the suspects were detained on charges of torture, formal charges are still pending and expected soon.
