In Tulare County, police arrested a couple after their 9-month-old infant tested positive for cocaine while being treated for a high fever. The Tulare County Sheriff's Office was notified by hospital staff, leading to a search warrant executed at the couple's home in Lindsay. Authorities discovered narcotics and two additional children during the investigation. Parents Ashley Flores and Casey Willibanks were charged with child endangerment and possession of illegal drugs. Child Welfare Services subsequently intervened, removing the children from the hazardous environment for their safety.
