Upon landing at San Francisco International Airport she allegedly assaulted security personnel, including a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer. An indictment filed Nov. 5 charges two counts of interference with flight crew members, one count of assaulting, resisting or impeding a federal officer, and one count of interference with security screening personnel. Convictions carry up to 20, 8 and 10 years and $250,000 fines per count. Kamath made an initial court appearance and is next scheduled to appear on Jan. 7.
