On the Fourth of July, the San Jose Wind Symphony will perform a patriotic concert at Oak Meadow Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with activities including a speech by the Veterans Memorial & Support Foundation, flag-raising, a children's parade, and various family-friendly events.
