The fifth annual Touch a Truck event at Great Mall is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 23, from noon to 4 p.m. Families can view various vehicles, including fire trucks and sanitation vehicles, and interact with the personnel operating them. Organizations such as American Medical Response and Milpitas Unified School District will participate. The event will feature free giveaways and games for all ages.
