Arnold Schwarzenegger's son Christopher explains his dramatic weight loss transformation - and the 1 food he cut out
Briefly

Christopher Schwarzenegger recently shared insights into his weight loss journey, detailing its beginnings in 2019 during a trip to Australia. He recognized that his weight limited his ability to engage in everyday activities, such as skydiving. Despite facing challenges and trying various methods since high school, Christopher has achieved significant changes, including a notable weight loss of 30 pounds after cutting out bread for Lent. He remains modest about his progress, expressing that he still doesn't feel like he's reached his goal weight.
It was a big process. I started in 2019 when I was living in Australia... I saw how much my weight was prohibiting me from doing the everyday activities.
I was doing meal delivery things in high school, and I remember feeling like a weirdo when I was bringing weird lunches to school.
Weirdly enough, I gave up bread for Lent... I lost 30 pounds just through that.
Even still to this day, when you're saying, 'oh, before and after photos'... I don't feel like I'm an 'after' yet.
