Bread Head, a popular sandwich shop that originated in Santa Monica, is set to expand with new locations in Manhattan Beach and Westwood. Founded by chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, the restaurant is renowned for its unique bread, between focaccia and ciabatta. Its menu features sandwiches piled with quality ingredients and rotating daily specials. The addition of two new locations in 2025 marks the beginning of the Bread Head Restaurant Group's ambitions to grow into a national chain, as stated by Williams in a recent interview.
"Let's grow this into the next sandwich chain," Williams told Eater in June 2024. "We'd love to see Bread Heads across the states."
The restaurant comes from Trois Mec veteran chefs Alex Williams and Jordan Snyder, who developed Bread Head's signature bread that falls somewhere between focaccia and ciabatta.
